Instructor bios:
The Jiu Jitsu Company women’s team is equal parts technique, chaos, and “wait…how did that work?” energy. Led by four black belts and a crew of sharp, scrappy upper belts, They are here to train hard, laugh often, and make sure nobody feels like they have to figure this out alone.
They are competitors, hobbyists, moms, professionals, night owls, and early birds. Somehow, they all come together over handfuls of gummy bears.
They take training seriously—but themselves? Not a chance.
Join The Jiu Jitsu Company women’s team for Girls in Gis… and nogis at the Jiu Jitsu Company. Where they will be teaching together, we can all train together, and spend at least a little time saying, “I swear that worked in my head.”
