Instructor bios:
Rose Miller is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt with over a decade of experience training, competing, and coaching alongside some of the best teams in the world. Through her online platforms, she has built a reputation for breaking down complex techniques into practical, applicable concepts that grapplers of all levels can learn from and use, bridging the gap between hobbyists and high performers. Whether your goal is to compete, or just keep showing up for yourself, her goal is the same: to help people build confidence, accelerate their learning, and find joy in the process.
Amanda Bruse is one of the top-ranked female jiu-jitsu competitors in the world. She is an IBJJF No-Gi Pan Champion, ADCC Trials semifinalist, UFC BJJ athlete, and multiple-time world medalist. Amanda has taught seminars nationwide and continues to compete at the highest levels of the sport.
