The girls across Colorado geared up for the Girls in Gis even on June 28th. Hosts JJ and Britney form the 303 Training center in Westminster, Colorado opened their doors to over 55 participants from all over the state.
The girls went over triangles, head and arm chokes, single leg takedowns, Kimuras, and arm bars. Luci Bloom finished out the first physical challenge with a very impressive 9 minute and 50 second wall sit. Faith and Ashley took home some swag for winning the wheelbarrow challenge.
No GIG event is complete without some family training time. The mats were home to five mother daughter pairs, and one sister set. The girls from Colorado had a great time and can’t wait for the next one.
